Do you ship overseas? 

We ship worldwide!  International shipping rates are calculated at check out.  General Store is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.  

How long until my items arrive?

All orders will be processed and shipped within two to three business days. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. If you need to expedite your order please call us at (310) 751-6393.

What are my payment options?

We offer secure online ordering through PayPal. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Alternatively, if you prefer, we are happy to accept orders via telephone. Give us a call at (310) 751-6393.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to add sales tax to any order heading out to a California address.

My package was damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.

My package hasn't arrived but the tracking # says it's been delivered? 

Please contact your local post office as we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages.

 

I'm a designer/craftsmen and would like to sell my product at General Store, what's the best way to get in touch with you?

Thank you for wanting to share with us, we love featuring local makers. Please send us an email with images, prices and a bit about yourself. If we see a good fit, we will contact you. Please don't leave any items for review at General Store without approval, as we won't be responsible for any left items.

I'm an artist, do you sell artwork?

Unfortunately we do not sell artwork and do not accept artwork submissions.
