VATA - Air + Either : Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person. Vata is the dosha associated with the energy of movement and that which governs our nervous system. Vata brings in the energy of freshness, light and happiness. Ingredients include Rosemary extracts, Lemon Verbena hydrosol and essential oils of Jasmine, Blood Orange, Silver Fir, Rose Geranium and Cedarwood.

Mist on the body or in the room to induce and enhance an uplifting and expansive energy. Includes an infused Quartz crystal in each bottle.  Shake before use.

KAPHA - Earth + Water:  Kapha is the Dosha of stability and structure.This dosha also governs one’s immunity. Use to enhance love and forgiveness. Ingredients include Myrrh and Amber extracts and essentials oils of Vetiver, Peru Balsam, Patchouli, and Benzoin.

PITTA- Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try. Pitta is the dosha that helps one shine.  Use to enhance your creative spirit by stimulating your mind. Pitta governs the biochemical changes in the body by promoting appetite, vitality, and heat, while also giving the skin color and luster. Ingredients include Ginko, Tulsi hydrosol, and essential oils of Frankincense, Clary Sage, Marjoram, and Sandalwood.
