The Local Foods Wheel is a colorful, rotating chart informs us what’s fresh within our region with hand drawn illustrations of vegetables, fruits, grains, dairy, meats, and preserves. An alphabetical seasonal reference on the back of the wheel provides additional information while the old seasonal moon names used in the calendar provides some extra charm. A great tool for eating clean, and easy enough for children to read and learn from.
