A blend of Picual, Lucca and Hojiblanca Olives grown in milled in Templeton, Central Coast, California. Not too rich for cooking, full flavor for finishing. Free of pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers. Harvested in 11/2019. Packaged in a tall or wide vase, both containing 750 ml of oil.
