We must let you know that we do not offer refunds, however if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
All returns must be approved by General Store. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
