This jam is the creation of the Los Angeles cult favorite eatery, Sqirl. All recipes use locally sourced ingredients from farms located within a 350 mile radius of Sqirl’s kitchen. Each jar is made on-site in copper jam pans with traditional techniques from the 1500's, using organically farmed produce, fair trade sugar, and without commercial pectin for a truly flavorful treat.
