General Store is not liable for wear and tear on items purchased from third party retailers. Any concerns regarding the condition or quality of such items should be directed to the respected retailer.
Web Store Return Policy
If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags and with a copy of your packing slip included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. We do not issue refunds for return items.
All returns must be pre-approved by General Store. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at online@shop-generalstore.com and let us know which item(s) you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
Vintage, Apothecary, Earrings, Intimates and Swimwear items are not eligible for return due to their delicate nature. All items that are marked as "Final Sale" on our site/price tag are not eligible for returns or exchanges/store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above requirements.
**LAND x SMM Rugs
Returns for LAND x SMM rugs are processed through Pampa and are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be postmarked by the 7th day to qualify. Rugs designated as Final Sale are not returnable. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Textiles will be inspected before any refund or exchange is approved. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense. Returns must include all original tags and packing materials intact. A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible return items. This will be deducted from your store credit or refund amount.
How to Start a Pampa Return
Contact Us: Email help@pampa-us.com with your intention to return your item(s) within the return window. Returns initiated without prior communication will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is deemed faulty). Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using an insured and trackable service with signature on delivery to prevent loss or damage during transit. Refunds are available for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items upon assessment. Returns for incorrect choice or change of mind will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, redeemable online or in-store. Once your return is received and approved, refunds or store credits will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is finalized.

International Orders: Import taxes and duties may apply to international orders and are the buyer’s responsibility. Lost or Damaged Returns: Pampa cannot accept responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.
