The olives are hand-picked young for a higher concentration of nutritional benefits also resulting in a more green oil. This blend is harvested from Leccino, Frantoio, Maurino, Pendolino and Coratino olives picked from the groves in Lake County, CA and certified Extra Virgin grade by the California Olive Oil Council.
