The utensils have evolved over 30 years of experimentation to create a simple, balanced, and functional design. With proper care these wood utensils are meant to last a lifetime. It is recommended that you scrub them with a non-scratch scrub sponge, using soap and warm water. Occasionally oil them with natural coconut oil using a paper towel or cloth to rehydrate.
