Chef Mina Stone has been creating lunches for Brooklyn based artist, Urs Fischer and his studio for the past five years in addition to private gallery dinners for the New York art world since 2006. Inspired directly by her Greek heritage, Cooking for Artists combines more than 70 of Stone’s family style recipes focusing on seasonal fresh food. Photography by Stone herself, and designed by Fischer alongside drawings by a community of artists that have all enjoyed Stone’s cooking. The recipes featured are beautifully simplistic for a dinner party or a lovely night in with the ability to become your next staples.
