Serena Mitnik-Miller

Wood framed watercolor painting on paper

Approximately 9 3/4 inches x 9 3/4 inches

Serena Mitnik-Miller, owner of General Store, is an artist and designer based in Los Angeles. Her paintings are created by hand, using watercolor pigment on paper. The compositions are fashioned from interconnecting patterns of color and concentric shapes where structures break apart, bubbles stack, and pyramids multiply. Her artwork usually begins with an impression from the natural environment, where the ocean and coastal habitats become symbolic points of reference.
