They’re harvested by hand, dried naturally at the source, and individually hand selected. These bay leaves add a balsamic, slightly spicy flavor to soups, stews, and marinades. Unique Greek Sage: This selection comes from an organic farm in Crete, where all herbs are processed by hand. Sage brings a balance to poultry, game, pork roasts, or herbed butter. This variety makes a mark even when used in tiny quantities. Sweet Marjoram: Made in small quantities from organic farms in Crete and Central Greece. Harvested by hand and dried naturally, it is 100% handmade. Sweet and zesty, marjoram has the fame of being one the herbs that best maintain their full flavor and aroma after dried. It contributes a nice flavor to pork, soups, stuffings, and legumes. You can use it as a topping for hummus or toss in a beetroot salad. Excellent for seasoning veggie roasts. 14g/0.49oz
